HOWTO Defeat the Klan – A Good Friday Laugh with a Sucker Punch of Wisdom

very often i go through this thought process:

1) i am sure that Jesus teaches non-violence
2) i believe that we are called to be non-violent (not pacifist, but non-violent)
3) Jesus is brilliant in teaching a non-violent resistance in the Sermon on the Mount.
4) i completely & totally struggle with how to teach it to my children and others.  we are just not taught to think this way in america.  i feel like i am trying to overcome 30+ years of brainwashing. i want to do better at this. we need more stories like this one to help us rethink responding to evil.
