Thanks William for this. Its been a while since I've heard a "teaching" from you :) I love how the Lord continues to stir up His desires in you. Lately God has been teaching me how beautiful people are. It was a bit of a learning curve from seminary to ad agency, but its been a beautiful revelation. People desire to do good and be part of something larger than themselves. When we have connected people at work with the community service at church, its amazing how inspired and diligent people are. So lately its been pressing on my heart to continue serving the community and fighting injustice. God is already stirring in the hearts of those around me... He just seems to bring the conversations and openness while in the midst of doing His work. I just watched The Great Debaters and Slum-dog Millionaire. Those two movies back to back were the perfect storm for me to seriously question how I am fighting the current injustice...

and check out http://iempathize.com/ its a non-profit started by one of the pastors at our church. We are really excited about his fight against sex slavery. So far they are donating money to safe houses and preparing a traveling exhibit to spread the word about options we have to help end this injustice.
